Terms for browsing and purchasing TV boxes, remotes and electronic accessories from JKonstore.
1. About these terms
These draft Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through https://jkonstore.in. The seller is JKonstore, operating from Ontario, Canada. The seller name is JKonstore. 2. Products and specifications
We sell TV boxes, compatible remote controls and electronic accessories. Specifications, included accessories, supported formats and compatibility vary by model. Review each listing carefully. Images may be illustrative; the written product description and applicable consumer-law guarantees remain important.
3. No streaming subscription included
Unless explicitly stated in an individual listing, JKonstore does not provide or sell streaming-service subscriptions. Any optional streaming service is arranged separately with an authorized provider and is governed by that provider’s pricing, licensing, region availability and compatibility requirements.
4. Prices and checkout
Product prices and the transaction currency are displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or disclosed before the customer places an order. We will provide a meaningful opportunity to review and correct order details before final acceptance. For international orders, customers are responsible for import duties, destination-country taxes, and customs or brokerage charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, subject to applicable law; see the Shipping Policy.
5. Placing orders
Submitting checkout details is an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to payment authorization, stock availability and fraud screening. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and provide the legally required refund or alternative. A written order confirmation and copy of required contract information should be provided by email or another legally permitted method.
6. Payment and security
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be processed by independent payment providers. Do not share account passwords or payment credentials by email. Payment-provider terms may also apply.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times depend on destination, service and customs clearance; processing time is not a guaranteed delivery date. See our Shipping Policy for destinations, costs, import duties and delay procedures. Applicable cancellation and refund rights for delayed delivery are preserved.
8. Returns, refunds and warranty
Our voluntary 14-day change-of-mind return window and proposed 12-month limited warranty for eligible products are described in the Returns & Warranty Policy. Customers can submit a Complaint request for returns or refunds or a Device Warranty Claim through the Support & Warranty Center after signing in. If unable to access the portal, contact admin@jkonstore.in. Mandatory cancellation, quality, defect, refund and other consumer protections remain applicable and cannot be waived by these terms.
9. Compatibility and third-party services
Customers should confirm device connectivity and app compatibility before ordering. Third-party apps and services may change requirements or availability without our control. We do not guarantee access to a particular third-party app unless that functionality is expressly and lawfully promised in the product description.
10. Acceptable website use
Do not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, publish fraudulent reviews, or misuse customer-account tools. Customer account features may include eligible order, device, warranty and subscription records.
11. Intellectual property
JKonstore website content, branding, product photography and site design may be protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Product-related references do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
12. Errors and corrections
We aim to keep pricing and listings accurate. If a material error affects an order, we will explain the issue and provide options or a remedy consistent with applicable law; this clause does not authorize arbitrary cancellation after a binding contract has formed.
13. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies where doing so would be unlawful. The availability of any limitation depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
14. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, without restricting mandatory protections that apply to consumers in other jurisdictions. Courts, venues and dispute mechanisms remain subject to applicable law.
15. Changes to terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms applicable when an order was placed continue to govern that transaction unless a lawful change is agreed upon.
